Payment: EFT or Cash accepted. Payment is required 14 working days prior to the first training date.
Cancellations: 14 working days’ notice must be given prior to training. Otherwise FULL FEE will apply.
Rescheduling: 3 working days, we will reschedule free of charge. Less than 3 days will incur a 50% reschedule fee.
No shows: No refund on failure to attend a scheduled training session, however you are able to send a replacement student for that training date.
OH & S Safety: Client is responsible for the safety of its students and the facilitator when on client premises.
Including but not limited to trips, spills, and falls.
Food Consumption: Not responsible for injury due to food consumption. Food consumption is at client’s own risk
